Die Kyushu Composers Association ist zutiefst besorgt über den Krieg, der derzeit zwischen der Ukraine und Russland geführt wird.
Hiermit bekunden wir als Vereinigung unsere Ablehnung jeglichen Kriegszustands.
Unsere Vereinigung wurde vor etwa 40 Jahren von Komponisten gegründet, die mit Kyushu und Okinawa in Japan verbunden sind, und setzt sich zum Ziel, durch kompositorische Tätigkeit zur Musikkultur in Kyushu und Okinawa sowie darüber hinaus beizutragen.
Durch unsere musikalische Arbeit sind wir uns intensiv bewusst, wie kostbar die reiche Kreativität der Menschen in einem friedlichen Leben ist.
Krieg ist die törichteste Handlung des Menschen, die den Menschen alles raubt, was ihr Leben ausmacht.
Wir hoffen aufrichtig, dass der gegenwärtige Krieg so schnell wie möglich endet und dass alle Menschen weltweit ein friedliches Leben zurückerlangen.

Anti-war statement from the Kyushu Composers Association
The Kyushu Composers Association is deeply concerned the war between Ukraine and Russia in present.
We hereby expresses our opposition to any state of war.
About 40 years ago, this association was organized around composers with connections to Kyushu and Okinawa in Japan.
We are working for the purpose of contributing to music culture inside and outside Kyushu and Okinawa through music composition activities.
We believe that the rich creativity of people in a peaceful life is precious. Through our musical activities, we are keenly aware of this.
War is the most foolish act of human beings, taking away all of people's lives.
We hope that the current state of war will end as soon as possible.
We strongly hope that all people around the world will return to a peaceful life.
