How Should Music Creation Rooted in Local Communities Be Approached?

This Association was founded on this principle and has been active for over 40 years. During this time, the era has evolved, and recently we have faced a new challenge in the form of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as a byproduct, we have gained "online" technology, which allows us to exchange views even across distances. Using this technology, we held an opportunity for members to freely discuss this principle among themselves. We present a recording of this discussion. The participants were members who attended the Association's general meeting held just before this discussion session.
