Orchestra Nipponica 30th Concert
Yasushi Akutagawa's Dream: Symphonic Works by Kyushu and Okinawa Composers
The 30th Orchestra Nipponica concert will be held on February 19, 2017 (Sunday) at 14:30 at Kioicho Hall in Yotsuya, Tokyo. Titled "Yasushi Akutagawa Memorial: Orchestra Nipponica 30th Concert—Yasushi Akutagawa's Dream: Symphonic Works by Kyushu and Okinawa Composers," the program will feature works by KCA members Toru Nakamura (former chairman), the late Yujiro Fukushima (former vice-chairman), Tei Kubo (former vice-chairman), and Masashi Ishida, conducted by Ichiro Nodaira. The concert is prominently featured in the February 2017 issue of Ongaku Gendai (Modern Music). We warmly welcome your attendance.
